Here are some of the photo's from the Student street photography awards opening night. We had a pretty decent turnout, some great responses to the work, prints looked ok ( had 10 but had to drop 2 because of pretty rank casts) and the free cocktails were strong and good. I guess the overall winner gets announced end of next week, the main prize was being part of this show though. Met some great people and I hope the festival becomes an annual event, it definitely deserves it although it's going to be hard to top Maier...
